Coronavirus (COVID-19) important update
As you will be aware the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been spreading throughout Europe and more recently in London, we have monitored the situation carefully we are now going to recommend some of our staff to work from home. Unfortunately this will mean that any communications/parcels sent to our London HQ address may not be responded too as quickly as we would like. Parcels returned to our warehouse will be handed as normal and we would suggest all returns are sent to the address stated on the invoice.
The call centres remain open at present and are able to continue their support via phone, email and social channels, if in the future this was to change we will let you know via social channels and email updates.
This action has been taken to help in the fight to reduce the spread of the virus and for the wellbeing of our staff members across our offices. I would like to thank you for your understanding during this time and I will keep you posted with further updates.
